This is an independent, commission-based insurance agent opportunity for people ready to learn, serve clients well, and build consistently.

What Summit Shores provides

  • Daily open-door sessions and weekly training
  • Six-week Agent Residency or direct-to-carrier path
  • Weekly advances on eligible MA enrollments in residency

  • Help walking the licensing process. You pay state fees; pre-licensing is discounted

What successful agents bring

  • Willingness to get and keep required licenses
  • AHIP and carrier certifications when selling Medicare
  • E&O and a monthly CRM/softphone fee if you use our stack

ROLE OVERVIEW

Independent field agent

Commission-only 1099. Not a salary. You run the book. We stay on the line for contracting, product questions, and case review.

1099

Independent contractor. You handle taxes, licensing, and business expenses.

Cash flow

Residency advances eligible MA enrollments weekly, two weeks in arrears. Direct path pays on the carrier calendar.

Leads

Six months of data leads at no cost. Buy appointment or inbound leads from our vendors or yours. We also train free-event prospecting.

Training

Daily open-door rooms. Weekly product and compliance sessions. Six-week residency launch or a seasoned-agent track.

Ownership

You own the book subject to carrier terms. On the partnership path, Summit Shores has first right of refusal if you sell the book.

Markets

Nationwide. Licensed in one state or several. The book stays yours if you relocate, subject to new-state licensing and carrier appointments.
