Compensation is not guaranteed. The Medicare Advantage figures shown reflect the standard amounts paid on most eligible enrollments. Some plans may pay a reduced amount based on the carrier’s applicable commission schedule. Advances, chargebacks (first 120 days, then prorated), persistency, vesting, and eligibility follow carrier and program rules. Direct-to-carrier MA first-year commissions are prorated by effective month. January 1 AEP effective dates pay the full-year amount; later effective dates decrease.
