We also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request time and basic server logs.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, route client requests manually to an appropriate advisor, review recruiting applications, communicate requested next steps, protect our forms from abuse, and maintain business records.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, account passwords, detailed medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the general client or recruiting forms.
We do not sell information submitted through these website forms. We may share information within Summit Shores Advisors and with service providers that help operate our website and email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or with your direction. If a future insurance process requires additional information or disclosure to another party, you will receive separate notices and consent requests as applicable.
When you submit a form, you authorize us to respond using the contact method you selected or information you supplied. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications by replying to an email or contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted website connections, form validation, and anti-abuse controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and business records.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our forms.
